Jared Gross

Jared is an experienced lawyer and operator in the United States, and Asia. He is qualified to practice in New York.

Jared began his career as a transactional lawyer in New York, where he worked on over US$50 billion worth of closed transactions at Cleary Gottlieb and Latham & Watkins. 

​

In the past few years, Jared has been actively engaged in fin-tech startups, including a recent nine-figure one. Currently, he leads America’s M&A at a global fin-tech company.

Jared received his AB from Harvard College , where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his JD from Harvard Law School, where he won the Victor Brudney Prize for his work in corporate governance.
